Prof. Dr Tilo Strobach has been working at MSH Medical School Hamburg in research and teaching on the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Psychology since 2015. His work focuses on general psychology and cognitive psychology. His research focuses on the following topics
- Multitasking
- Cognitive training
- Cognitive plasticity
- Cognitive ageing
- Attention
- Perception
As Professor of General Psychology, his research focuses primarily on basic cognitive processes. In co-operation with companies, one of his aims is to transfer this fundamental perspective into application. This can be done through lectures, counselling, expert discussions and consulting. The transfer is very suitable for the following topics, for example:
- Multitasking in the workplace
- Consideration of human attention, perception and memory in product design
